(Carinthia), 1953-1966 at New York University; 1966-1994 university 
professor and Head of the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at the 
University of Vienna, 1974/1975 Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy at 
the University of Vienna, 1977-1979 Rector of the University of 
Vienna.
