!!!Korab, Karl

b. Falkenstein (Lower Austria), April 26, 1937, painter and graphic 
artist. 1957-1964 studied under S.  Pauser at the Vienna Academy of 
Fine Arts. Originally a Surrealist, he later developed a simplified 
and subtle artistic language; also uses natural materials such as sand 
and ashes in his pictorial compositions.
