Kowanz, Brigitte, b. Vienna, April 13, 1957, sculptor and 
experimental artist. 1975-1980 studied at the Hochschule fuer 
angewandte Kunst (now University of Applied Art) in Vienna; since 1999 
professor for mixed-media picture and interior design at the Vienna 
University of Applied Art. Works with light as an artistic medium.\\
Died  30. 1. 2022 in Vienna
