!!!Kraner, Cissy Gisela

b. Vienna, Jan. 13, 1918, revue artist, widow of the composer and 
writer H.  Wiener. At 15 first engagements in cabaret; 1938-1948 lived 
in South America with H. Wiener; returned to Vienna, 1949-1966 and 
1971-1974 engagements at the "Simpl" revue theatre, where her most 
famous chansons (e.g. "Der Nowak laesst mich nicht verkommen", "Ich 
wuensch' mir zum Geburtstag einen Vorderzahn") were performed for the 
first time. Numerous acts, records and guest performances in Germany, 
Switzerland, Israel and South America with H. Wiener. 1994 show "Salut 
fuer H. Wiener" with H. Prikopa (piano).
