Kremser, Eduard, b. Vienna, April 10, 1838, d. Vienna, 
 Nov. 26, 1914, composer and conductor; 1869-1899 choirmaster of 
the Vienna  Maennergesangs-Verein (men´s choral society). 
Collected and edited traditional Viennese songs (Kremser Alben). From 
1913-14 president of the Austrian Society of Composers ( 
Komponistenbund).
