Lamezan-Salins, Count Eduard von, b. Lvív, Ukraine (then 
Lemberg), Aug. 28, 1835, d. Vienna, March 15, 1903, law scholar. 
1891 Chief Justice of the provincial court for civil cases. Founded 
the "Vienna voluntary rescue service" together with Count H. von  
Wilczek and J. von  Mundy after the fire in the Vienna  
Ringtheater on Dec. 9, 1881.
