Authorities, Provincial (Landesbehoerden),  Public Authority, the 
highest provincial authority which is in charge of the administration 
of the provinces is a collegiate body called  Provincial Government, 
its executive authority is the Office of the Provincial Government. 
Provincial authorities of first instance are first and foremost the  
Bezirkshauptmannschaft; other provincial authorities are provincial 
land reform boards (Landesagrarsenate), agricultural authorities, and 
a number of administrative authorities not subject to directives, e.g. 
Verwaltungssenate (independent administrative authorities in the 
provinces).  Bundeslaender.
