b.  Stoitzendorf (municipality of  Eggenburg, Lower Austria), Aug. 30, 1835, 
d. Nikolsburg (Mikulov, Czech Republic) April 3, 1909, cleric and 
writer, 1857-73 member of the order of Piarists. Teacher in Krems and 
Vienna, President of the Vienna Society for the prevention of Cruelty 
to Animals. From 1886 parish priest and provost at Nikolsburg. 
Published the works of J.  Misson.

Kleine Bilder aus dem Wiener Leben, 1870; Die Frau des Arbeiters, 
1895; Die Kaiserstadt an der Donau, 1896. - Edel sei der Mensch, 1897
