Food Testing Centres, institutions devoted to the analysis and 
official quality assessment of all goods and substances covered by  
Food Legislation. Side by side with federal institutions, the 
provinces, municipalities and private individuals can establish food 
testing centres with the consent of the Ministry of Health.
