Leeb, Josef, b. Erla (Lower Austria), Jan. 30, 1921, musician in 
a brass band. Great services to brass band music in Austria after 
World War II; 1952-1992 Chairman of the Lower Austrian Association of 
Brass Bands, 1959 founder and President of the Austrian National 
Association of Brass Bands, 1966-1981 head of the music school of the 
town of Haag, Upper Austria.
