Leiblach, River, Vorarlberg, river along the Austrian-German border, 
rises in Germany and empties near Unterhochsteg (402 m) into the 
eastern part of Lake Constance. The Leiblach valley is a wide and 
fertile basin in the Alpine Fore-Land (fruit growing); consists of 
morainic soil of the Ice Age and is strewn with hamlets, which are 
part of the municipalities Hoerbranz (426 m) and Hohenweiler 
(503 m).
