!!!Lemisch, Arthur

b. St. Veit an der Glan (Carinthia), Feb. 4, 1865, 
d. St. Veit an der Glan, Oct. 29, 1953, liberal politician, land 
owner. 1896 member of the Carinthian Landtag, 1897-1907 in the 
Reichsrat, Nov. 11, 1918 - July 22, 1921 National Administrator in 
Carinthia, 1927-1931 Landeshauptmann in Carinthia. In 1882 helped draw 
up the  Linz Programme , after 1907 dedicated himself to 
Carinthia´s problems, one of the most important personalities in 
the  Carinthian Resistance Movement  and held in esteem in the 
province.
