the  Auricon Beteiligungs AG & Co AG which was in existence until 2001 
and included the  Jenbacher AG, the Austria Email AG , Auricon 
Immobilien GmbH and  Waagner-Biro Binder AG, which in turn owned 
shares of companies in Austria and abroad.
