rights in Austria; 1934 restricted in its activities, 1938-1945 
persecution of its officials; 1945 reorganised. Particularly committed 
to defending the rights of ethnic groups and racial, religious and 
social minorities. Since 1989 annual report on human rights in 
Austria.
