d. Vienna, April 10, 1837, law graduate, mayor of Vienna. 1786 joined 
the Vienna Municipal Authority reorganized by Emperor Joseph II; 1791 
Secretary, 1795 awarded title of Kriminalrat, 1814 Deputy Mayor and in 
1823 First Mayor.
