b. Vienna, Aug. 10, 1938, journalist, intendant; son of Ernst  Marboe 
and brother of Peter  Marboe. From 1971 head of the department "Radio 
Plays and Literature" of the Lower Austria Studio of the Austrian 
Broadcasting Corporation ORF, 1976 to 1978 Radio Intendant for Lower 
Austria, 1978 to 1984 TV Intendant (Austrian TV channel "FS 2"), 1984 
to 1993 ORF Programme Director. Since 2000 intendant and stage 
director of the Raimund-Spiele Gutenstein.
