!!!Margarete von Österreich, geb. zirka 1204-05 oder 1210-11

b. around. 1204/05 or 1210/11 (an investigation of her bones in 1974 suggested that she was born at a later date), 
d. Krumau am Kamp (Lower Austria), Oct. 29, 1266, member of the 
Babenberg dynasty; eldest daughter of  Leopold VI, sister of Duke 
 Friedrich II; married a member of the Staufer dynasty Heinrich 
(VII), son of Emperor Friedrich II in 1225. After his death in 1242 
she entered the Dominican order in Wuerzburg, returned to Austria in 
1246 to claim her inheritance, married Přemysl  Otakar II of 
Bohemia in 1252, who legitimized his reign in Austria with this 
marriage, but divorced him in 1261. From then on lived in Krumau, 
buried at Lilienfeld.
