1.70 km%%sup 2/%, place of pilgrimage south-east of Vienna. - 
Home for handicapped people operated by the Caritas Roman Catholic 
welfare organization, sports centre, centre for cultural events; 
construction industry. - Place of pilgrimage (first documented mention 
in 1418); splendid Baroque parish church (former pilgrimage church, 
1699-1703), choir (1727), Baroque interior (1703-1730), frescoes 
(1956) by W. Koeberl, Calvary (Stations of the Cross, 1699) by 
F. F. Nuerning with chapels in rocky landscape; Franciscan 
monastery founded in 1698.
