b. Baden (Lower Austria), Oct. 15, 1920, 
d. Vienna, Oct. 31, 1966, journalist. 1945 at the newspaper 
"Salzkammergut-Zeitung", from 1946 at the radio station 
"Rot-Weiss-Rot". From 1954 until his death head of the department of 
sports at the  "Kurier" newspaper and sports commentator on 
Austrian radio, where he created the programme "Sportstammtisch" in 
1963.
