Came to Vienna in 1924, actor and compère. 1932-1935 one of the leading initiators of Vienna cabaret (among others in "Literatur am Naschmarkt" Kabarett); 1945-1947 in "Lieber Augustin" (1946/47 manager). Together with G. Bronner, M. Kehlmann, K. Nachmann, H. Qualtinger, P.
