!!!Moskauer Deklaration Moscow Declaration: On the occasion of the Moscow Foreign Minister´s Conference from October 19 to 30, 1943, the foreign ministers of Great Britain (A. Eden), the USA (C. Hull) and the USSR (W. M. Molotow) drew up a declaration on Austria: as the 1%%sup st/% country to become a victim of Hitler´s policy of aggression, Austria was to be liberated from German rule, but Austria was also reminded of its share of responsibility for taking part in World War II.
