!!!Moskauer Deklaration

Moscow Declaration: On the occasion of the Moscow Foreign 
Minister´s Conference from October 19 to 30, 1943, the foreign 
ministers of Great Britain (A. Eden), the USA (C. Hull) and the USSR 
(W. M. Molotow) drew up a declaration on Austria: as the 
1%%sup st/%  country to become a victim of Hitler´s policy of 
aggression, Austria was to be liberated from German rule, but Austria 
was also reminded of its share of responsibility for taking part in 
World War II. The French Committee of National Liberation joined the 
declaration on November 16, 1943.
