Noesslinger, Kurt, b. Vienna, Sept. 9, 1935, bank manager, 
1961-1970 at the economics department of the Austrian National Bank, 
from 1971 with the PSK savings bank, from 1975 1st deputy governor, 
1976-1996 governor. Under his management the PSK was reorganised into 
a bank. From 1976 member and 1995-1996 president of the Council of the 
Vienna Stock Exchange.
