2. NID-Leser können ihre Meinung zum gelesenen Text formulieren. Sie können Fragen stellen und Diskussionen starten.\\
3. Informationsanbieter können so erfahren, was Nutzer denken oder sich wünschen. Sie können darauf reagieren.\\
4. NID ermöglicht die interne Kommunikation innerhalb von Organisationen genauso wie die Zusammenarbeit mit Außenstehenden\\
5. Bei der Verwendung von NIDs ist die Einbindung von beliebigen existierenden E-Learning Moduln, Tests etc. möglich.\\
