!!!Neisser, Heinrich

b. Vienna, March 19, 1936, studied law, later became a politician 
(OeVP; Austrian People´s Party). 1969-1970 Staatssekretaer in 
the Federal Chancellery, 1987-1989 Federal Minister of Federalism and 
Administrative Reform, 1975-1987, member of the Nationalrat from 
1989-1999, 1990-1994 head of the OeVP in parliament, from 1994-1999 
second president of the Nationalrat. Writer and co-author of numerous 
publications on political issues.
