Neusiedler AG, company founded in 1793, business producing paper and 
wood-pulp with plants at Kematen and Ulmerfeld-Hausmening (both in 
Lower Austria). produces office paper (80% of total production, leader 
on the European market) using environmentally safe methods of 
bleaching. With a staff of 1,400 (including subsidiaries and interests 
abroad) N. posted turnover of about ATS 5.6 billion in 1998.
