the printing office (founded in 1870) of the Catholic Press 
Association of the diocese of St. Poelten. Owners: The Bishopric of 
St. Poelten and the press association of the diocese. The publications 
of the Niederoesterreichisches Pressehaus include the weekly  "Neue 
Niederoesterreichische Nachrichten" (30 issues). Turnover: ATS 
608 million (1993), 476 employees.
