d. Vienna, Oct. 18, 1982, jurist and politician. Studied law in 
Vienna, from 1963 Professor at Graz University, from 1966 Chair of 
Economic Theory and Policy in Vienna, Dean of the Law Faculty of the 
University of Vienna 1970/71, State Secretary in the Federal 
Chancellery 1977-82, member of the UNESCO Commission.
