Nussberg Hill, Vienna, alt. 340 m, hill covered in vineyards in 
the 19th district of Vienna, one of the foothills of Kahlenberg, the 
easternmost elevation of the Alps on the bank of the Danube; on its 
southern slope coastal deposits of the sea that formed the Vienna 
Basin in the Late Tertiary period.
