Oberlandesgericht (Higher Provincial Courts): The 4 H.R.C. are located 
in Vienna (serving Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland), in Graz 
(serving Styria and Carinthia), in Linz (for Upper Austria and the 
province of Salzburg) and in Innsbruck (for Tirol and Vorarlberg.) 
They are appellate courts for courts of first instance, namely of the 
Commercial Court of Vienna, the Court of Industry and Social Welfare 
of Vienna and criminal courts.
