!!!Obersteiner, Heinrich

Obersteiner, Heinrich, b. Vienna, Nov. 13, 1847, d. Vienna, 
Nov. 19, 1922, neurologist and psychiatrist. Founded the Neurological 
Department at Vienna University, headed the sanatorium in the 19th 
district of Vienna that his father had founded, worked on the 
lymphatic spaces (named after him) around the nerve cells in the brain 
and the cerebral blood vessels.
