Organisation der Gymnasien und Realschulen in Oesterreich" (draft 
for the organisation of secondary schools in Austria) by F. S.  Exner 
and H.  Bonitz, which created the legislative basis for the modern 
Austrian 8-grade  Gymnasium secondary school.
