!!!Otakar IV

b. 1163, 
d. May 8, 1192, Margrave and from 1180 Duke of Styria, son of  Otakar 
III, last of the  Otakare dynasty. Concluded the Georgenberg 
testamentary contract of 1186 with the Babenberg Duke  Leopold V ( 
Georgenberger Handfeste), which led to the union of Austria and Styria 
in 1192 (after his death) and to the expansion of the territory of 
what was to become Austria. O. died without issue.
