d. New York (USA), Feb. 9, 1973 writer and actress, sister of Wolfgang 
 Pauli. Acted under M.  Reinhardt in Berlin; 1933-1938 editor in 
Vienna with the "Oesterreichische Korrespondenz", published biographic 
novels ("Toni. Ein Frauenleben fuer F. Raimund", 1936, "Nur eine 
Frau. B. v. Suttner", 1937), left Austria for the USA in 1938, 
where she became known mainly as an author of children's books.
