952 m, bathing resort on the southwest shore of Achensee Lake; in 
the municipal area of Eben am Achensee; ship station. Show mine 
(extraction of mineral oil) at Seeberg mountain (Seebergspitze, alt. 
2,085 m), pulsating ropeway to Zwoelferkopf (alt. 1,491 m). 
- Parish church built in 1966-1968 by C. Holzmeister; 
"Fischerhof" (1697).
