!!!Pischinger, Rudolf

b. Waidhofen an der Thaya, Lower Austria, May 27, 1935, 
mechanical engineer. Studied at Graz University of Technology, where 
he pursued his scientific career; worked with Hans  List in 1969-70 
and became Professor of Thermodynamics in 1970. Also, significant 
achievements in mountaineering (five first ascents in the Himalayas).
