Stern the building company "A. P. Betonbauunternehmung GmbH", 
where he was manager until 1914 and which merged with the building 
company "Allgemeine oesterreichische Baugesellschaft" 1927 to form the 
"Allgemeine Baugesellschaft A.  Porr AG".
