Prock, Markus, b. Innsbruck (Tirol), June 22, 1964, luge 
racer. 1987 and 1996 world champion in singles; 1998 European champion 
in singles; multiple overall winner in the World Cup. Won the silver 
medal at the Olympic Games in Albertville in 1992 and in Lillehammer 
in 1994.
