Product Liability, based on the Product Liability Act of 1988, strict 
liability of the producer, importer or trader vis-à-vis 
non-entrepreneurs for consequential damage caused by defective 
products (choses in possession), insofar as its value exceeds 
ATS 7,900 per incident.
