Produktivitaets- und Wirtschaftlichkeits-Zentrum, Oesterreichisches (OePWZ), Vienna, association founded by governmental decision in 1950; it consists of the Economic Chambers, Chamber of Labour, Chamber of Agriculture, the Federation of Austrian Industrialists and the Austrian Federation of Trade Unions. The association aims at improving productivity in all branches of the Austrian economy by transfer of information, education, vocational training, further education, working groups, inter-company comparative studies and research. Organisational structure: general assembly, board of directors, presidency, management.
