Puchenstuben, Lower Austria, municipality in the district of Scheibbs, 
alt. 868 m, pop. 366, area 41.27 km%%sup 2/%, small tourist 
resort (daily ski tourism) situated in the Oetscher mountain area, in 
the Alpine Forelands. - Located west of Puchstuben is the nature 
reserve "Oetscher-Tormaeuer" (created in 1970). - Baroque 
parish church (1727/1728). Nearby is the Trefflingfall waterfall 
(partially situated in the municipality of Gaming).
