Puck, Wolfgang Johann, b. St. Veit an der Glan (Carinthia), July 
8, 1949, chef. Trained as a cook at the Parkhotel Villach, then lived 
and worked in France and the USA. 1982 established the successful 
restaurant "Spago" in Hollywood and later other restaurants 
in the USA (San Francisco, Las Vegas and Chicago).
