Pum, Hans, b. Freistadt (Upper Austria), July 4, 1954, ski 
trainer. Has worked for the Austrian Skiing Association since 1977; 
1985-1988 technical trainer and 1988-1992 racing director of the 
men´s team, 1992-1996 marketing director of the Austrian Skiing 
Association; since 1996 sport director for Alpine skiing. He and A.  
Giger are given the main credit for Austria´s success in ski 
racing since 1996.
