!!!Pyhrnbahn

Pyhrn Railway, railway line measuring 104 km connecting Linz and
Selzthal running along the old trade route from Bohemia through the
Kremstal valley and over the Pyhrn Pass to Styria. The local railway
route Linz- Rohr- Bad Hall (1881/1883) was taken over by the state,
converted to standard gauge and continued to Selzthal in 1906. The
Pyhrn railway leads through the Bosruck tunnel (4.8 km)
underneath the watershed between Steyr and the middle section of the
Enns River and acts as a shorter connection route between Linz and
Selzthal than the Rudolfsbahn railway (St. Valentin- Steyr-
Kleinreifling- Hieflau- Selzthal).
