Ruebelt, Lothar, b. Vienna, April 8, 1901, 
d. Klagenfurt (Carinthia), Aug. 4, 1990, photographer. As an 
internationally renowned sports and press photographer was an 
important chronicler of the First Republic. 1936 and 1952-1964 
photographer at the Olympic Games; worked for various magazines 
("Berliner Illustrierte Zeitung", "Heute", "Wiener Illustrierte"). 
From 1960 worked for the Austrian tourist board.
