Die Gemeinde Raasdorf ist eine landwirtschaftliche Gemeinde mit etwas Gewerbe und Großhandel nahe der Wiener Stadtgrenze im Marchfeld. Raasdorf wird urkundlich erstmals 1160 erwähnt.

Die im Kern romanische Kirche mit Langhaus von 1736 und frühgotischer Sakristei besitzt eine mittelalterliche Holztür mit gotischem Schloss und einen klassizistischen Altar. Weiters gibt es eine alte Scheune aus dem 19. Jahrhundert.
