Rabenalt, Arthur Maria, b. Vienna, June 25, 1905, d. Wildbad 
Kreuth (Germany), Feb. 26, 1993, film and theatre director. From 1921 
director at German theatres, 1933 banned from working as a theatre 
director, then trainee with A. Korda and G. W.  Pabst, finally 
directed his own films. After the war he resumed his work for theatres 
in both parts of Germany.
