Radax, Ferry, b. Vienna, June 20, 1932, film maker. 1949 first 
attempts at filming, studied from 1953 at the film academy, 
established himself in the Viennese scene of the  Avant-garde Film of 
the 1950s and 1960s with stylistic elements of collage and montage 
techniques, concentrated on artists´ portraits (J. Joyce, K. 
Bayer, T. Bernhard, F. Hundertwasser, etc.) as well as on industrial 
films and commercials. Also filmed in Italy, in Switzerland and in 
Germany.
