Randa, Gerhard, b. Vienna, Sept. 13, 1944, banker. Studied at the 
University of World Trade in Vienna; entered banking in 1967. 1990/91 
chairman of the managing board of Oesterreichische Laenderbank AG, 
after its merger with Zentralsparkasse and Kommerzialbank AG to form  
Bank Austria AG deputy chairman of the managing board of Bank Austria 
and, since 1995, chairman of the managing board of Bank Austria, which 
also took over Creditanstalt-Bankverein in 1997. President of the 
Vienna Stock Exchange Chamber from 1996-1998.
