Rechberg, Carinthia, village in the district of Voelkermarkt, alt. 
602 m, above the point where the Vellach valley exits from the 
Karawanken Mountain Range, cadastral district of the market town of 
Eisenkappel-Vellach. - Parish church (documented mention in 1321) with 
Romanesque nave, Gothic choir and frescoes (13%%sup th/% /14%%sup th/% 
 centuries), circular charnel house in Romanesque style; former 
castle (1495-1598 Commendam of St. George's Order of Knights, today 
rectory); ruins of Alt-Rechberg Castle.
