Reischek, Andreas jr., b. Klosterneuburg (Lower Austria), Aug. 11, 1892, 
d. Vienna, Aug. 13, 1965, folklorist and ethnologist, son of Andreas  
Reischek sr., pioneered radio documentaries in Austria, especially on 
(folk) customs and traditional craft workshops; 1924 worked at the 
Vienna radio station  RAVAG, in May 1945 established the radio station 
"Oesterreichischer Freiheitssender Ausseerland", 1947 programme 
manager at the Linz broadcasting studios.
